ESCo Certification Services
Unlocking access to energy efficiency incentives.
We provide certification services in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree No. 115/2008, as amended, supporting access to grants, subsidised financing and incentive schemes linked to energy efficiency improvements.
Every certification document we prepare is backed by comprehensive technical assessments and our extensive hands-on experience.
Certified Energy Audits
Measure first. Then act. We conduct energy audits in accordance with the UNI CEI EN 16247 standards, assessing thermal and electrical energy consumption, lighting, heating and cooling systems, and building envelopes.
The result is a clear picture of energy inefficiencies and a practical action plan, with prioritised improvements and a detailed cost-benefit analysis.
Design and Construction Supervision
From design to delivery.
We design energy efficiency upgrades incorporating photovoltaic systems, LED lighting, high-efficiency heat pumps, building automation, external wall insulation and advanced thermal insulation solutions.
Our qualified technical professionals oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with project schedules, quality standards and applicable regulations.
Continuous Monitoring and Reporting
Installation is only the beginning. Performance must be verified.
We implement real-time monitoring systems, measure energy performance and prepare the documentation required for Italian Energy Efficiency Certificates (TEE), the Conto Termico incentive scheme and other available incentives.
We also manage the entire administrative process, helping clients access the benefits for which they are eligible.

Conto Termico 3.0
Italy’s incentive scheme supporting energy efficiency improvements and renewable thermal energy generation.
Non-repayable grants of up to 65% of eligible expenditure may be available, subject to the applicable requirements.
Its streamlined procedures make it particularly relevant to public authorities.
Ecobonus and Tax Deductions
Tax deductions ranging from 50% to 75% for qualifying improvements to existing buildings, subject to the applicable legislation and eligibility criteria.
Tax credit transfers or invoice discounts may be available where expressly permitted by the relevant provisions.
Energy Efficiency Certificates (TEE)
We help clients realise the economic value of verified energy savings through Italy’s Energy Efficiency Certificate scheme, also known as White Certificates.
